The Second Missionary Trip

After separation from the service, the path to being a missionary pilot was still not clear, and I decided to spend a year as a missionary, teaching ESL to the students at the Adventist University of Central America in Costa Rica. This was a wonderful experience, and I greatly enjoyed the people and the opportunity to teach English as a second language.
