There are many things that happen during a 24-hour day that affect each of us, either physically or emotionally.  I started out with the desire to record in written form those events or circumstances that had a particular impact on me.  This is not a daily blog, but will act more like an “occasional diary” and recounting of situations that impact me and my thinking.  I hope you will come back frequently to share these thoughts with me.
